All orders are posted out within 72 hours using Royal mail tracked.

UK delivery is charged at £5.
Non-UK delivery is charged at £20.

Unfortunately I no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to GPSR.

Please note that orders outwith the UK may be subject to customs. These costs are determined by the receiving country and cannot be reimbursed. 

UK orders are posted using 24 tracked. You will receive a delivery confirmation email and tracking number once your order is sent.  Orders are estimated to arrive within 24 hours of receiving your tracking number but this is not guaranteed.

Delivery times outwith the UK vary by country by information will be detailed with your tracking number. If you have any issues please contact rebecca@ploterre.com.

If you would like a refund/exchange please email rebecca@ploterre.com within 14 days of receiving your order for return details.

Outbound shipping costs will be refunded. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. You are responsible for the item until its received so a signed service is recommended to guarantee arrival. 

Custom charges cannot be reimbursed.
