This design looks at how early autumn leaves turn based on altitude and latitude. Altitude is based on the location of the weather station from west (on the left) to east (on the right) and north (at the top) to south (at the base).
Autumn leaves change more quickly at higher altitudes and in more northerly locations. Solid red / orange represents the locations experiencing autumn earlier and brown indicates later changes in leaves.
